Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and include the Return Authorization form inside the box before shipping it to our Auckland processing center.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
